AlabamaAL Off-Premises Responsible Serving®The Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board has approved PSCC as a Responsible Vendor Program (RVP) training provider. To get your license(s) certified in the Responsible Vendor Program, you will have to initially train all your employees, then submit your paperwork. After your license(s) is certified in the RVP, new employees must be trained within 30 days.
Signing up a company for PSCC's RVP is a simple process. Just add the employer account to your cart and pay the $95 set-up fee. For this set-up fee, PSCC will help you customize the course with your establishment policies and you can begin training your employees online for only $9.98 per employee. Beginning July 1, 2022, any on-premises alcoholic beverage server and their manager must have a valid RBS certification from an ABC accredited RBS training provider and pass an online ABC administered RBS exam within 60 calendar days from the first date of employment. This includes any person who checks ID, takes drink orders for alcoholic beverages, or delivers drinks to patrons (or a person who manages or supervises that person).How long is California RBS certification good for?
Upon completing our course and passing the RBS exam through the California RBS portal, your California alcohol server certification will be valid for three years.Are there any other fees?
Yes, the state of CA requires students to pay $3 for a final exam. The final exam is provided on the CA RBS website. Students are required to obtain an RBS number, and pay the $3 fee to the state.The Rserving® Food Safety for Handlers Course can be used to obtain your food handler card in California. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a food handler certificate of completion from Rserving®.

Rserving's Washington DC Responsible Serving® of Alcohol Course for Managers has been approved by the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) for alcohol server / seller manager training and satisfies the licensing requirements for managers of Washington DC liquor licensed establishments. Managers of licensed alcohol retailers are required to complete Washington DC alcohol awareness manager training that has been approved by the district. You can complete this Washington DC approved online alcohol awareness training at your convenience and upon successful completion of the course, you can print a copy of your Washington DC Manager Trainig certificate right away. In some cases involving a violation of liquor laws, the State of Nebraska may require all servers, sellers and bartenders working at the establishment with the violation obtain this State of Nebraska approved bartending certification / server certification.

Individuals working in the City of Lincoln are also required to obtain a City Server/Seller Permit before they may serve or sell alcohol. To obtain this permit, visit the City of Lincoln website at Lincoln.ne.gov.NOTICE: Nevada requires a proctor for the test at the end of the training. The Rserving® Responsible Serving® of alcohol course is an approved Nevada alcohol server / seller awareness training program and is valid across Nevada. Clark County (Las Vegas) and Washoe County (Reno) require all servers / sellers be trained, and require all servers/ sellers have a hard plastic Nevada Certified Alcohol Education Card. Rserving's Washington Responsible Serving® course is approved by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board for online Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST). Upon successful completion of this course and the final exam, each student will be mailed his or her official MAST permit (either Class 12 or Class 13). Washington State requires an official alcohol server / seller permit within 60 days of initial employment except employees conducting tasting events. To conduct tasting events, employees must hold a valid Class 12 MAST permit (no grace period).
If you are age 21 or over, you will receive a Class 12 permit and it allows you to draw alcohol from taps, mix drinks and/or manage a retail liquor licensed premises for on-premises consumption. You may also conduct alcohol tastings at a grocery store, winery, and farmer's market.
