UST Record Keeping Requirements for North Carolina:
The primary operator shall maintain documentation to show that the operator has satisfactorily completed all training required.

The owner of an underground storage tank system shall designate the primary operator of the underground storage tank system.


The primary operator shall designate one or more emergency response operators who are employees or agents of the primary operator and shall be on call to respond to emergencies or alarms at the facility.
