What does the Food Manager Certification course teach me?
The PSCC Food Manager Certification course has been written to the FDA Food Code and will prepare you to take any of the three exams approved by ANSI and the Conference on Food Protection (CFP).

Does the food manager course meet state requirements

The Responsible Serving® Food Manager Certification exceeds the state requirements in most states. However, there are many local jurisdictions that may have different requirements, so it is up to the student to check your local food safety requirements. In addition, many states require you attend a proctored exam (visit a testing center for a final test).

How do I take a proctored exam?

Once you have completed the PSCC Food Manager Certification course, you will be instructed on how to take a proctored food manager exam. The exam is administered by a national organization and the fees for the exam are not included in the course.
