Rserving® is committed to customer satisfaction and excellence and strives to treat all customers with fairness and honesty.
Fees for the online training are clearly stated on our website. Payments may be made online via credit card or Paypal. Credit card payments may also be made over the phone. Check payments are also accepted for the exact amount of the purchase.
Payments may be submitted online by the customer. Customers select the course they would like to purchase and enter their registration and billing information. Once an order is successfully processed, the customer is emailed their username and a link to set their password to log in to the course. The customer can then access the online training.
Payments may also be submitted over the phone. Customers provide an Rserving® representative with their registration and billing information and the customer will be emailed their login information once the order is successfully processed.
Payments made via check must include student registration information and/or contact information in order to set up the customer account. Once the check is processed, the account will be set up by an Rserving® representative and the customer will be emailed their username and a link to set their password and contacted to inform them their account has been set up.
Payments made via Paypal may require manual processing to complete the transaction. The entire process may take up to 24 hours. Rserving® will email the customer their username and a link to set their password to access the course once the payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellations / Refunds
For a refund or cancellation, the customer must contact Rserving® to obtain a return form. If the customer contacts Rserving® before the payment has been processed through the credit card processing company or through other payment methods, the customer may be eligible for a cancellation, as long as the customer has not completed the course or generated his/her certificate.
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must contact Rserving® for a return form within 30 days of the order. If a customer contacts Rserving® more than 30 days after the order, no refund will be issued. Any refund requests received via fax or email or postmarked more than 30 days after the order will be denied. Refunds will be credited within seven business days of receipt of the completed return form. No refund will be issued after the customer's certificate has been generated.
In addition to online courses, Rserving® may also offer merchandise (such as manuals or equipment) for sale. All merchandise will be shipped within 30 days of the receipt of a properly completed order. An order is properly completed when both the correct payment in full and the complete and accurate name and shipping address have been received.
In the event that a product cannot be shipped within 30 days, Rserving® will determine the reason the product shipment is delayed and verify when the product will be available to ship. Customers will then be notified via email within 24 hours of becoming aware of the delay. The customer will be given the choice to accept the delay or to cancel the order. Notification shall include: a definite revised shipment date; the option for the customer to cancel the order and obtain a full refund if they choose not to wait; and a convenient way to cancel the order via email or toll-free telephone number. Shipments that cannot be made by the definite revised shipment date will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be notified.
An order is required to be cancelled by Rserving® in the following circumstances: 1) The customer exercises an option to cancel before the merchandise is shipped and 2) The merchandise cannot be shipped by the definite revised shipment date.
Refunds for Shipping
Canceling an order prior to shipment will result in a full refund as long as the customer has not completed the course or generated his/her certificate and meets all other requirements for a refund. After an order has been shipped, the shipping and handling fees are not refundable. [NOTE: Shipping and handling fees do not apply to online courses.]
To receive a full refund minus shipping and handling costs, all items must be returned in as-new condition within 30 days of the order. Items that are damaged or are not in resalable condition are not refundable. Returns with damaged or used items will be prorated. Refunds are credited within seven business days of receipt of the return. Customers must contact Rserving® prior to returning the items to obtain a return form. No refund will be issued after the customer's certificate has been generated.
Rserving® will abide by the rules set forth in Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act prohibiting unfair and deceptive acts or practices. All advertising will be truthful and will never knowingly mislead consumers.
Rserving® is solely responsible for claims made about the products and services sold on our website. Therefore website designers are responsible for the information used to substantiate online ad claims. Disclaimers and disclosures must be designed so that consumers are able to notice, read, and understand them. Product demonstrations, if used, must show how a product will perform under normal use. Testimonials and/or endorsements, if used, must reflect typical experiences. There must be a clear, conspicuous statement if there is any doubt that the testimonial does not do so.
Ads containing phrases such as "satisfaction guaranteed" or "money-back guarantee" will disclose any material limitations and conditions. Any ad containing the word "free" will clearly and prominently describe all the terms and conditions of the free offer.
