This page is designed for Gopuff applicants, to meet their alcohol compliance training requirement

The training is called Responsible Serving of Alcohol.   The course is provided by Rserving, a leader in online education for seller / server alcohol training.

Please log in and finish lesson 1 right away. If you do not start the course, Gopuff will assume you are not interested, and remove the course.

How to log in

An email was already sent, with a subject line:

If you did not receive it, check your spam folder.  Due to the large quantity of applicants, sometimes these email messages go to spam or bulk mail folders.  Also, if it was in spam, you can click "Not Spam", then you will receive future password resets. Rserving does not send out any email messages unless students initiate a support request.

If you still cannot find the enrollment email, your username is your full email address, and you can request a password reset email here.

Once you open the email, you can set a password. Once your password is set, log in using your email as your username and the password you created. Click the green button below to login:

  • You can finish the training and after you generate your certificate, Gopuff will automatically be notified
  • Next, Gopuff will contact you about starting work
  • If you need to contact Gopuff right away, email them at partners@gopuff.com

About this training

This compliance training is provided by a different company, "Rserving", which stands for Responsible Serving. The training is approved by the different states, therefore, applicants/students are required to take the training for the state where they will be working. Some states have stringent requirements, and require students to "stay" on pages for a certain amount of time, as well as overall course time requirements.

Rserving strives to allow students to move through the compliance training process as quickly as possible, but the states' time regulations have to be followed.

Once you complete your training, unless the state has regulations to the contrary,
  • You can print your certificate
  • You will receive a wallet card in the mail
  • Rserving will also file any certifications with the state.

Some states have additional requirements, such as visiting a proctor to take a test.  Some states require further applications for alcohol serving that is separate from the training provided. These requirements will be covered in the training.

FAQs

If you are attempting a password reset from this web site, and your email is not found in our system, there are two options.
  1. Verify that the application step was processed at fountain.  (Go back to www.gopuff.com, to get a fountain ID.)
  2. Email partners@gopuff.com, they can provide support for the overall process.
  3. For Responsible Serving of Alcohol login or training support, feel free to use the web support on this page.
  4. If you do not complete the training in 30 days, Gopuff removes the training course. At that point you will have to go www.gopuff.com, to sign up again, and obtain a new course (starting over).
