This course covers the duties of every Certified Food Manager in Minnesota as outlined in Minnesota Code 4626.2010, Subp. 5. Lessons include Managers and the Food Code, Person Hygiene, Food Preparation, Cross Contamination, Food Hazards, and Self Inspection. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to generate your certificate to submit to the Minnesota Department of Health with the state fee and your application for recertification. This will renew your certification for another three years.
