UST Record Keeping Requirements for Rhode Island:
Owners/operators must complete and submit the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management-provided form designating Class A and Class B operators to each facility,
and shall immediately submit an updated form whenever there is a change in designated Class A and Class B operators.
All facility owners/operators must maintain, and revise when changes occur, a list of all its Class C operators assigned to the facility. The list shall include the latest date of training, and the name of the Class A or Class B operator that trained each Class C operator.
