This course has been approved by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission as currently satisfying the requirements contemplated by the Tennessee Responsible Vendor Act of 2006.

After you complete the course, you are able to generate your printable certificate for TN Responsible Serving® of Alcohol immediately.
You will automatically receive your PSCC Rserving bartender's license / wallet card for TN in the mail within 15 days if you are in a state where wallet cards are issued.

This training is a Tennessee TABC certified beer vendor training program for selling beer from a responsible beer vendor. The Responsible Beer Vendor is a voluntary program for vendors that sell beer for off-premise consumption. Once certified, vendors are eligible for reductions in disciplinary actions that may be brought by local beer boards for violations of laws, rules, or statutes.
To become certified as a Responsible Beer Vendor, clerks who sell beer must successfully complete responsible beer vendor training from an approved program. Clerks must successfully complete the training within 61 calendar days from their date of hire as a clerk; OR the date a clerk turns 18.
Clerk certification is good for one year. Completion of an approved training program is required each year.
