Looking to train your team in RAMP Server / Seller training? Our online Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) Server / Seller training course is approved by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB).

Discounted Pricing is Automatic!
Just log into your employer account and order the RAMP Server / Seller training that your team needs. You can purchase courses in bulk or a few at a time and assign them to team members as needed. Unassigned courses do not expire. See the Employer Discounts page for more details on the first purchase minimums.

State Notification is Automatic!
The State is automatically notified when team members complete the RAMP Server / Seller training. And, if you provide your License Identification Number (LID) in your Employer Account, it will be included in the notification. Your establishment will receive credit for the completion!
Track Team Progress & View Certificates:
Easily Track Progress and Receive Expiration Notices!
An Employer Account gives you the ability to follow team members' progress, and view and print certificates for members who have completed the training. Your Employer Account will also let you know when their training is expiring. You will receive a sixty-day retraining notice.
No Hidden Fees:

Pennsylvania requires a team member who fails the final exam to retake the course. Some providers charge for retakes, but we provide them at no extra charge. Your cost remains the same, even if it takes more than one try to pass the course. As soon as a team member has passed the final exam, they can generate their electronic certificate. As a bonus, we send them a wallet card in the mail to show that they are RAMP Server / Seller trained.

RAMP Facts:

RAMP Server / Seller training is mandatory for:
- Off-Premises Catering Event: all staff serving alcohol.
- Establishment with Wine Expanded Permit: all cashiers selling wine.
- Alcohol servers hired on/after 8-8-16 who are NOT trained: must be trained within 6 months of hire.
- Alcohol servers hired on/after 8-8-16 who are already trained: must be retrained before current training expires.
- All alcohol servers, sellers, cashiers: must be retrained before current training expires.
RAMP Server / Seller training is one of five components of RAMP certification, the voluntary program that provides incentives for participating licensees.
